Overall, my first experience with UniquePhones was a nice one: another similar service I tried previously was not able to compute an unlock key for my phone, which you were successful. Two notes: 1) Somehow, the UniquePhones web page I was forwarded to did not contain an option for selecting the wireless provider. This might have caused a delay in the processing of my offer. 2) You could improve the quality of your customer service if you could explicitly state what the expected order delivery time is if the order is placed during the weekend or holidays. Thank you!

The process was very simple. I would say that the wording on the website be changes to read within mid week as a weekend order would be delayed longer than the advertised time.
