Very pleased with the service. The phone was a gift and I thought it would be easy getting it unlocked through local independant retailers. NONE could unlock it saying they did not yet have the software. I was desperate to get it unlocked as the phone was a birthday present, and after a bit of Googling I came up with uniquephones. Paid my money and received a confimation by email. Unfortunately when tracking my order it kept coming up with 28 days wait! However it actualy took less than 24 hours. Followed the VERY simple instructions and hey presto.."Happy Birthday". Would recommend this company to anyone, although their order tracking system needs sorting out!

I found your site very easy to navigate and understand. The whole process was very smooth. For those of us who were not brought up with a computer (I am reaching 60 years old) it was quite a simple process. I now live in Australia and I am still useing the same Motorola phone. My son has just broken his second phone since we moved to Australia last June so a new phone for me would be great and I could give my present phone to my son. Many thanks from my L7 and me.
