i was very happy with your service, the only recommendation would be as follows. I had a phone that did not meet the quick turnaround you promised. I realised that when i saw on the order ticket that a second ticket had been opened and then when i went back to your web site i found the documentation that sometimes it could take up to a week (I think) to unlock a phone... and you did and i was very happy none the less... but it would have been nice to recieve an email when the second ticket was opened at your site.. kind of like an update.... but i am still happy with the service...

HAVING LOOKED AT OTHER ALLEGED UNLOCKING OPTIONS AND THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK MOST OF THESE SITES RECEIVED, I WAS SOMEWHAT DUBIOUS ABOUT THE WHOLE THING.
