Entering Your Unlock Code
You will be able to find the instructions on how to unlock your phone below. Please follow the guide closely as phones often only allow a limited number of unlock attempts. If you encounter any problems, please check the knowledge base section for your phone before contacting customer service.
Alcatel
1. Take your SIM card out of your phone, and then turn the phone ON

9. Your phone is now unlocked!
