  • What payment methods do you accept?


  • PayPal is our preferred method of payment but you can also use any major credit card or even direct bank debit. These charges are handled through PayPal and it is a very easy process.
  • Is it safe to place an order on your site using a credit card?

  • My credit card was charged twice. What should I do?


  • In the rare event that this happens, please email us and we'll rectify it immediately. No worries.

  • How do I redeem a discount coupon?


  • You'll seem a box on the order page for these. Just type it in there.
  • I have an expired discount coupon. Will it still work?


  • You snooze, you lose. Sorry but most coupons do have a time limit. Old ones won't work.

    Refunds
  • When am I billed for my order?


  • You are billed for your order when you place it. We immediately go to work generating your unlock code when the payment is processed.
  • What's your gurantee? Do I get my money back if the code doesn't work?


  • If you find your phone on our list of compatible handsets, then we absolutely guarantee that we can unlock your cell phone. In the odd event that we can't unlock a phone, you will receive a complete refund.
  • What if I find a site that is cheaper than yours?


  • At UniquePhones, we believe that we are offering you the lowest and best price cell phone unlocking service on the internet, and are willing to back that statement up by making a guarantee to you. We will refund the difference between our price and any lower one that you might find online. The lower offering must be an online site and cannot be one found on Ebay or at a shop. It must be an actual website that we can verify.

    Wait Times
  • How long will I have to wait for my unlock code?


  • We tell you that when you place your order. It all depends on your make and model but we can calculate that for you at the time of order. You can always check back and see where your order is in the processing time frame. We are rarely late!
  • I'm leaving on a holiday and need my code faster? Is that possible to do?

  • My unlock code is overdue. Where is it?


  • First, check your spam box. It may actually already be there. If it isn't, please email our customer service department with all your details and we'll track it immediately.
  • I placed a BlackBerry unlock order last week and still don't have it. Where is it?


  • BlackBerrys take longer than other phones. Be patient. It's worth the wait.

    Delivery
  • How do I receive the unlock code and instructions?


  • You'll receive your unlock code via email. We can also SMS it to you if that's your preference.
  • I placed and order and I'm still waiting for it. How long should I wait before contacting you?


  • If, for some reason, you have not received your unlock code in the time we designated it would take, contact our customer service department. This rarely happens but if it does, don't hesitate to ask about it.
