How to enter an Unlock Code on Alcatel?

Model: Generic

1. Take your SIM card out of your phone, and then turn the device ON
2. Type into the keypad: *#0000*CODE#, and press the enter key
3. Then type in and enter: *#0001*CODE#

Model: 531 & 535

1. Take your SIM card out of your phone, and then turn the phone ON
2. Press * and without releasing that key, enter 787292
3. A new menu which says "Unlock Network" will appear and then select "YES"
4. Enter the unlock code we have sent to you

Model: All other Alcatel

1. Take your regular SIM card out of your phone and replace it with one that the phone shouldn't accept. If you don't have one, buy or borrow one
2. When the message "Enter Network Key" appears, enter the Code we have sent to you
