How do I enter the unlock code you’ve given me?


1. Switch on your phone without a SIM card.
2. Enter the code we’ve emailed to you (i.e. #PW=XXXXXXXXXXXXXX=7#) To do this, the letter P will appear after quickly pressing the star button (*) three times. W will appear after pressing the same “*” button four times, and the “+” is obtained by pressing the star button two times.
3. The phone should now display “SIM Restriction Off”, or something similar which lets you know the handset is unlocked.
4. If the phone is unlocked, as it should be, you won’t need to enter any of the other code numbers we generated for you, but you can’t really damage anything if you enter all of them.
