I have entered the code, and the phone now displays ‘CANNOT UNDO RESTRICTION’ or ‘NOT ALLOWED’. What do I do now?
You have five attempts at entering an unlock code. Receiving either of these messages means that an incorrect code has been entered five times or more prior to entering the correct code we generated for you. This means that even a correct code will not unlock your phone. Sadly, the only way your phone can be unlocked is via a direct cable method, and you should contact our support department for advise.
