What do I do if I get a“Code Error Message”?
If you get this message just stop. Remember you only get five attempts at unlocking so rather than use up an attempt, please contact our customer service department and give us the following information:
1. IMEI number
2. Current Network (this is your current provider and the supplier of the only SIM card that works on the phone.
3. Your Nokia Model number
4. Your order number. You can also just reply with all this info to the email we sent you with the unlock code.
