Two notes: 1) Somehow, the UniquePhones web page I was forwarded to did not contain an option for selecting the wireless provider. This might have caused a delay in the processing of my offer. 2) You could improve the quality of your customer service if you could explicitly state what the expected order delivery time is if the order is placed during the weekend or holidays.
