Very pleased with the service. The phone was a gift and I thought it would be easy getting it unlocked through local independant retailers. NONE could unlock it saying they did not yet have the software. I was desperate to get it unlocked as the phone was a birthday present, and after a bit of Googling I came up with uniquephones. Paid my money and received a confimation by email. Unfortunately when tracking my order it kept coming up with 28 days wait! However it actualy took less than 24 hours. Followed the VERY simple instructions and hey presto.."Happy Birthday". Would recommend this company to anyone, although their order tracking system needs sorting out!

The site is easy to navigate and the service I had was absolutely without fault.The mail i recieved telling me how to unlock my phone was clear, consise and easy to follow.When I need another phone unlocked, I will have no worries about using UniquePhones service again and again. My only suggestion on how the site could be improved would be to have an even wider range of phone models listed.
