Their professional looking site and good price made me sign up for an unlock code (against the competition). I was rewarded with a working phone about a week later. The advertised unlock time was a bit on the fast-side as it took longer to provide the code - but my customer support email was answered and the code provided a few days later. Would use it again.

The guy at the AT&T store told me not to even bother trying to get my prior phone unlocked when my newer phone was ruined by water. He said it would cost more than the cost of buying a new one through him. Your site was a godsend allowing me to activate the old phone until my contract ran out at a very reasonable price. Thanks!
